We've setup our Dedicated Server provisioning to ensure that your Dedicated Server is ready for use as soon as possible after you purchase it (usually within an hour or less) with no setup fee. We never charge a setup fee for any of our products.

Full Root Access
We provide full administrative access (i.e., root access) with every Dedicated Server to allow you to completely customize the server environment based on your needs. You have complete control of your Dedicated Hosting Server and can install any third party software.

With WHM and cPanel, you can also sub-divide your Dedicated Server and set it up for use by multiple clients or members of your team. You can easily manage and monitor all your websites and resources from one central location making our servers a popular choice for reselling.

Dedicated IP Availability
One Dedicated IP, maximum, MUST be ordered with your Dedicated Server. Additional Dedicated IPs may also be ordered but will not be setup until 24 hours after payment is received. In either case, Dedicated IPs are an extra cost option as shown in the tables below.

Support We Provide
We will assist in managing and troubleshooting the following services. You are responsible for all other server maintenance but our Technical Support Department is available for any guidance you may need:

• Network related issues
• Hardware related issues
• Container login issues

Be sure of which plan you want before ordering because we will not be able to refund if you cancel the account before the expiration/renewal date of the service. If you are not sure which configuration best fits your needs, or you would like help with capacity planning for your business or web site, please do not hesitate to contact our support staff for no-obligation help before or even after you complete your order.

Backup Policy
You are responsible for your backups and web content. It is recommended that you keep copies of your content safe and make your own backups. You can schedule a backup from your WHM/cPanel or use a remote backup solution.

TLS/SSL Certificates
We strongly recommend the purchase of a SSL/TLS Certificate for all your domains, especially with an eCommerce site! You may purchase a low cost SSL Certificate from 45th Parallel Internet Services or it can be purchased elsewhere. Once purchased, we will install the SSL Certificate for you or you may install it yourself.

One Free Domain
One Free Domain for the life of the plan and free renewal 30 days prior to the registered domain's expiration date. Applies to 1-year, 2-year or 3-year plans only. We will pay for the initial registration or transfer of a domain name and renew it annually at no cost to you. Restrictions apply; see our Free Domain Name Policy page for more information.

Free Months
If you order a Semiannual, Annual, Biennial or Triennial Dedicated Server plan, you will be given free months as shown in the following table. This will be itemized on the invoice you receive for the order and any renewal invoices. Use the appropriate Promo Code shown in the Linux Dedicated Server Promotional Codes table below when prompted during the review of your order before final checkout. If you do not enter the correct promo code, you will see a notice that the promo code doesn't apply to the product being ordered when the order review screen refreshes! It is recommended that you keep the page with the Linux Dedicated Server Promotional Codes table open in a separate tab or window in your browser so that you can cut and paste the promo code when you are prompted by the order form to enter it.
